Fiscal Prudence was purchased from Ireland for £20,000. We moved quickly to secure this exciting young horse after being made aware of his availability.
The form of Fiscal Prudence second run at the Curragh, couldn’t have worked out any better. The winner was none other than Mogul, now a top class Group 1 horse trained by Aidan O’Brien.
Fiscal Prudence finished 5th, nine lengths behind Mogul.
The second placed horse is rated in the 90’s, Jurgen who was third, is running in America and won at Santa Anita. The fourth placed horse is also a 90 rated type. Shoshone Warrior, that finished behind Fiscal Prudence, holds a rating in the 100’s.
Fiscal Prudence will be a nice dual-purpose horse
Fiscal Prudence will be trained by Harry Whittington over jumps and Mick Appleby on the flat.
