Howth runs at Goodwood today in the 5:20, a decent race with nice money on offer. Having runners at Goodwood is always fun, a beautiful racecourse where owners are very well looked after.

If the going was good, Howth would have had a nice EW chance in this race. It's a drop in class and the racecourse should suit.
However, he's never run on soft ground before and with him being a big, heavy horse, it's possible he could get bogged down.

We have no idea if he will handle it, but Howth will take his chance. We'll learn something either way.
