A nice result with Counsel at Wolverhampton last night in the pouring rain. Counsel showed he still loves the job at the age of 8 and has plenty of speed left in the locker.

Out of 17 runs for his owners, Counsel has only been out of the winners enclosure 4 times. He's been a grand horse.

Back down to Lingfield today with Profit Street who has his final run in the Arc Aw Bonus Championship. The drop to 6f isn't ideal, but this race was the best option before Good Friday and when the comp ends.

Touch wood we can pick up further points and cement our place on the table.
