Jackstell won his second race in 12 days for his owners at Hereford yesterday. Winning two Novice races at this time of the year takes some doing, this win was our 31st of a brilliant year.

We move to the flat today with Hedge Fund who runs in the last at Lingfield. A warm race on paper, with the favourite looking chucked in based on Irish form. Hedge Fund ran well at Haydock on his last start and the sharp 5f should suit.

Touch wood he can run nicely again.
