We travel to Lingfield today with Counsel who runs in the 2:02 over five furlongs.
It's a question mark if this is the correct trip for Counsel, but it's something we've got to try.

In two runs this AW season, Counsel has shown a lot of pace and looked to enjoy being let loose. He stayed 1m2f in the past, it's a little strange he might want this type of trip now.

We'll find out if he's got the speed for a sharp 5f this afternoon and see how we go.
