Bona Fortuna ran a cracker on seasonal debut at York yesterday, finishing 5th, beaten just two lengths.
His owners will have some big days out this season with Bono.
A busy day ahead with four runners, two at Fakenham and two at Chelmsford.
The jump horses are Howth & Light Dragoon. Each horse won last time out and seem in good form.
Both of our runners are big horses and this would be the worry running at Fakenham. Speedy and nimble front runners are what's required around this racecourse. Ours aren't that, but are in the right races and touch wood handle the track.
Cairn Gorm & Hedge Fund run at Chelmsford where good prize money is on offer.
Cairn Gorm last run can be ruled out, had no chance from the draw. A very competitive race, if any prize money is won, it will have been a very good run.
Hedge Fund debut for us all went wrong at Pontefract, we start again with him. Hedge Fund works nicely, he's maybe a work in process horse but has plenty of ability.
