It’s going to be a busy weekend, firstly we have a stable morning at Dr Newlands on Saturday. The owners of Milrow & Trafalgar Rock will be meeting and watching their horses work on the gallops. We then have Gran Maestro running at Ffos Las Saturday evening whilst Kenobe Star takes his chance at Fontwell on Sunday.

The miles will certainly be racked up, it’s a 4-hour journey from Ffos Las to Fontwell and that doesn’t include getting to Ffos Las in the first place or home from Fontwell on Sunday. Approx 14 hours in the motor over the two days, however watching Jason Donovan perform will make it worthwhile!

Last night’s racing at Sandown was excellent, it’s the best evening fixture of the year imo with two Group races.

The massive, Pallasator won one of the Group races, he’s a giant of a horse and could make a lovely chaser. The change in tactics worked really well for him and he’ll now go for the Ascot Gold Cup.

The shares in Greyed A & West Of The Edge are moving quickly, over half of the shares in both horses have gone in the space of a few days. Follow the below link for more info, the new recruits both look very good value for money.
