It was good to see our new filly, Newt form franked yesterday at Bath. Imphal who she beat won again by an easy 4 ½ lengths. Newt has settled in nicely and is going over poles already. She seems very straight forward and David Dennis is very happy with her.
5 shares are left in Newt, full info can be found by clicking on the below link:

After 3 out of 4 on the blog the previous week Saturday was another profitable day. Curiosity won at 7-4, Bin Battuta won very nicely at 7-2 whilst the other horse mentioned Jungle Cat was just beat at Chester. I’ll take 2 out of 3. That puts the free to read blog just shy of 250pts up this year.
We have a runner at Uttoxeter this afternoon, Trafalgar Rock lines up in the 4:10. This is a competitive race for the grade and will take a bit of winning. There looks to be a lot of pace on with 3 or 4 front runners.
Trafalgar Rock was 2nd on his chase debut, he jumped well but a little high at times. TR is the least experienced horse lining up so he’ll have to do everything right this afternoon. We’ll see how we go and hope for a good run.
