We were very pleased with Milrow yesterday who won hard held by 10 lengths on hurdles debut, and debut for us. Milrow never came off the bridle and did everything we hoped he would. Jockey, Sam Twiston Davies was really pleased with his attitude and said he’s taken to his new job nicely.

When we purchased Milrow in a private deal "off the flat", I was confident this was a horse that had been running over the wrong trip and needed further. Thankfully it seems we got this right. Milrow's owners look to have a nice young hurdler on their hands that didn’t cost a lot of money in the scheme of things.

As for future plans, Milrow is only a baby at the age of three, we’ll give him some time and look to find another suitable juvenile race in a month or so.

I’ve not had chance to look at today’s racing and the final day of Royal Ascot. We have a busy week ahead with runners up and down the country.

If you would like to get involved in the fun and get in the winner’s enclosure, a few shares are left in our two new winter horses, West Of The Edge and Greyed A. Follow the below link for more info.
