The meeting at Kelso finally got the go ahead, Had To Be Hugo will take his chance in the 2:10.

We revert to hurdles, which wasn't the plan after Hugo made his chasing debut last time out. Race options were limited, Hugo is fit and well, so there isn't much point him standing in his box.

The top two in the betting look to hold the aces, but conditions should suit Had To Be Hugo.
