We have a runner today at Lingfield in the 3:40, Greyed A, providing the meeting goes ahead. Daryl Jacob takes the ride.

We’re running again so quickly as we have little choice, it’s not ideal but Greyed A will be higher in the handicap later this week and won’t be able to run off 104 again. Technically, Greyed A will be well in today but running just 7 days after a hard race on heavy ground isn’t quite what we wanted.

On paper this race has a lot more strength in depth than Sedgefield, Greyed A must run to the same level of form but I dare say a bit more will be required. We’ll give it a go and see what happens.
