We’re off to Wincanton today with Rhythm Star who runs in the 2:40, Brendan Powell Jnr takes the ride. This race is without doubt Star’s biggest test yet, it’s very warm with some smart horses lining up and dark ones that fall into the, could be anything category. Outside of Listed Class I think this is pretty much the best mare’s novice hurdle I can recall for some time.

We’ve got to turn the form round with Miss Sophierose who beat us by 5 lengths last time out, whilst Dolores Delightful has Listed form and the Jeremy Kyle owned horse She’s Da One could be anything and cost 100k from Ireland.

Rhythm Star seems well and this race fitted in with her schedule so I’m sure Star will give it her best shot, if we can finish in the first 3 that would be a excellent run and career best effort but no doubt this race will take a lot of winning.
