Lostintranslation was very impressive at the weekend, I hope you took the advice and perhaps did the EW double for the King George and Gold Cup. The combined odds were around 45-1, it’s far less now. I personally can’t see what beats him.

We have two runners today both at Wetherby. Artistic Language makes his debut for us and hurdles debut at the same time in the 12:40. Then later on, Broughtons Admiral takes his chance in the 2:55.

It’s not going to be easy for the Juvenile horses on the soft / heavy ground. Artistic Language has taken to jumping nicely but he’s still green and will improve plenty for this outing. If he puts everything together, Artistic Language should run a fair race based on his flat form.

Broughtons Admiral carries a hefty weight in the 2:55. This is his first run of the season. BA is a stuffy horse but will give his all as ever.
