The Glorious Goodwood meeting starts today, a beautiful racecourse and very much worth a visit if you've never been. Not quite as glorious, but not bad, we head to Worcester for an evening fixture with two runners.

Carn A Chlamain runs again quickly in the 8:10. We ran George just five days ago, he didn't run very well and a few things didn't work out on the night. We swap things around a little this evening, if this helps, he'll run ok but maybe needs some help from the handicapper?

Dame De Ruban carries a lofty 12-2 in the last at 8:45. Dame will strip fitter for her comeback run whilst the step-up in trip will help. It will be tough with the weight she carries at the business end of the race but Dame won't be disgraced.
