We were hoping to run Dino Mite today at Fontwell but the heavy rain in the past 24 hours has changed the going from good to firm to soft. It’s a shame as the raced looked ideal but were not willing to risk our mare.

Incidentally Dino Mite will be going to the Doncaster DBS sales next Thursday, she’s been a superstar for her owners and never finished out of the prize money in her 8 races plus won 3 times.

Dino will make a cracking broodmare, she’s a half sister to the top class but ill fated Cockney Sparrow whilst has won on the flat plus finished 2^nd on her one chase start. She’ll win more races too going forward and is a very honest and game horse.

Suegioo 3^rd in the Ebor at 50-1 topped off a really good York meeting, it was very nearly a case of what might have been. Suegioo came home like a train making up plenty of ground and would have likely won in another 100 yards. Paying 12-1 for a place though we can't complain.

Suegioo is priced at 33-1 for the Cesarewitch, if the blinkers help again that price looks very sporting and worth a few bob EW antepost.
