Yes No Maybe So, won in determined style on his debut for his owners at Uttoxeter on Thursday. Jonathan Burke gave him a super ride.

Purchased privately for little money, Yes No Maybe So looks a nice horse to have plenty of fun with. He held good bumper form and looked the type that would be suited by better ground. The trip was the minimum for him, his future is three-mile chasing.

Yes No Maybe So was our third winner of the week and second with Tom Lacey. Tom leaves no stone unturned and is one of the most hardworking men I’ve ever met.

We have another runner today and switch codes, Sampers Seven runs at York in the 12:55.

This is a big step up in class for Sampers Seven but a good race to find out if she handles turf at this stage of her career. We think she's nice.

I’ve not had any time to go through the racing today in detail, however I’ve had a few pounds EW on Victory Angel, 3:50 York. The price drift is a little worrying, now 15-2 but he’s running himself into form and was unlucky not to be much closer last week.
