The Tin Man won the Diamond Jubilee stakes on the Final Day of Royal Ascot, the horse had to survive a steward’s enquiry but it was never going to be turned over. The Tin Man would have won by a bigger distance if he had a clear run, Tom Queally had to switch the horse 3 times before finding a clear path. Once he did, the race was put to bed quickly.
With The Tin Man winning, Danzeno rewarding EW support and Kidmenever “wins next time out” all returning a profit yesterday, the blog ensured it made money at Royal Ascot. Coming out in front at any of the big meetings is always welcome. Over the week some top-class racing was seen, the highlight for me was Caravaggio. He’s a monster.
We have a runner at Worcester today, Included makes her second stat over hurdles.
Included ran well on hurdles debut finishing 3rd in a messy race at Ffos Las. We were really pleased with the effort.
Today, the Nicky Henderson trained Polly’s Pursuit will take an awful lot of beating. She looks a nice mare and holds a rating of 121. Included ran to approx 108 at Ffos Las, it will be a big ask for Included but we’ll give it go.
