We were delighted with Greyed A who ran at Sedgefield on Tuesday, beaten in a photo finish with 12 lengths back to the 3rd placed horse. We’ve said from day 1 whatever this horse does over hurdles will be a bonus as he’s a chaser in the making.
If Greyed A had a bit more experience under his belt he would have won, the horse started to pull himself up just before the line as he didn’t know what was required of him. The outing was his 2nd for us and just 4th under rules, we can certainly forgive him for that and he’ll learn plenty for the experience.
Greyed A is going to be a lot of fun for his owners for a good few years to come, he’s a big raw horse that’s still filing out his big frame, I can’t wait to see him over a fence next season.
