Nastasiya makes the short journey to Sedgefield this evening and runs in the 5:20.

Everything happened too quickly for Nastasiya last time out at Market Rasen, it was also her first run since a wind op. Nat's ran the race on one breath and didn't relax.

Hopefully she's learnt from that and can settle in her comfort zone tonight. If she does so and stays 2m4f, Nastasiya should hopefully run ok.
