Andromedas Kingdom broke well for the first time at Beverley on Wednesday. By doing so, she showed the ability she has and won nicely. If she'll do the same again, remains to be seen but it was good to get a win with her.

Another big day out this afternoon, Cairn Gorm runs in the 60k Ayr Silver Cup.

The draw doesn't look great, high numbers have a good record in the race. Cairn Gorm has stall 2 so we have no option but to stay where we are. A lot of luck is needed in races like this but Cairn Gorm is more than capable of running well if things go right for him.

Squeezebox also runs today at Catterick in the 4:40.

The soft ground will be a first for Squeezy, if he handles it or not, we'll find out. He also moves up in trip by two furlongs. It looks a good race that will take some winning.
