Two runners today, Only The Bold at Haydock then Lady Valentine in the last at Warwick.

We need to get a third run into Only The Bold who has been so impressive in his two starts for us. A third run will then qualify him for some of the nicer races. Only The Bold must have soft ground hence running today, but the trip is on the short side.

The outing will serve a purpose whatever the result.

Lady Valentine steps up in trip and this should suit. She also gets the weight for age allowance which is handy. A coupe of these could be well in on handicap debut but Lady Valentine can hopefully run another nice race.
