Saturday was a great day, Pisgah Pike winning the big hurdle race of the Summer, it doesn't get any better than that in the warmer months, the race we all want to win. Twenty minutes later, Sampers Seven ran a cracker in the valuable sprint at Chester to finish third.

Worcester this afternoon with Carn A Chlamain.

The ground at Uttoxeter last time was heavily watered and over 2m4f, Carn A Chlamain didn't get home. The drop back in trip will suit, but it looks a fair ask with plenty of horses in very good form running. We need to find a bit on paper.
