With Ascot and Taunton abandoned due to frost we only have jumps racing from Haydock this afternoon.

There’s some interesting runners lining up, Neon Wolf and the talking horse Alary but I won’t be having a bet.

The New One should go well in the Champion Hurdle trial. My Tent Or Yours was sacrificed to get The New One beat last time out and set the race up for Yanworth. That won’t happen this afternoon as JP doesn’t have any runners in the race. Sam Twiston Davies should get his own way upfront and bid to make all.

Out of graded company, The New One has won something like 16 of his 17 races, today is the first time in ages he’s run in a none graded race. L’ami Serge is the obvious danger.

I’ve not bet The New One as his price looks about right and doesn’t offer any real value in a trappy race. Better value 2-1 shots can be found in much lesser races each day of the week.

The Goffs Doncaster sales takes place next week, I’ll be in attendance and looking at a couple of horses that have taken the eye. The first Newmarket sale is only a few weeks away too, homework has been done on both sales so hopefully we might be able to secure a new horse in the next couple of weeks.

Limited shares will be available as half the shares have been reserved. Keep an eye out on the website for updates or feel free to get in touch if you require any more info.
