Noble Mission won the feature race on Champions Day "Qipco Champion Stakes" and emulated his full brother Frankel.

It’s a heart warming story for Lady Jane Cecil after the death of Sir Henry. A change to front running tactics has seen a huge improvement from Noble Mission, quite rightly the flag was flying high at Warren Place on Saturday night.

I would like to see Eton Forever given another chance over six furlongs, the horse was drawn away from all the action and raced on the slowest part of the track, despite trading very short odds in running it was impossible for Eton Forever to sustain his effort close home but he lost little in defeat.

Night of Thunder must also go down and an unlucky loser in the QEII, jockey Richard Hughes couldn’t find a clear path and switched the horse numerous times, beaten just half a length this should have been another Group 1 victory.

Jamie Snowden who trains Rhythm Star & Dino Mite for us must have been delighted and frustrated at the same time with his Cheltenham Festival winner Present View. The horse made his seasonal comeback at the weekend and looked on very good terms with himself.

Value Racing Club members had the full low down on Present View and knew the horse would improve for the outing but Present View still ran a cracker and travelled like a very good horse that we know he is.

A last flight error stopped momentum whilst he got tired on the run but the outing will have blown the cobwebs away. All systems go for the Paddy Power Chase next month.

The Warren Greatrex horse Warrantor who runs today in the 2:30 at Plumpton today is held in some regard by connections.

A good 4^th after getting too far back in an Aintree bumper the horse is expected to pick up a few races this season especially when stepped up in trip. Today’s race looks quite warm and maybe a bit on the sharp side but it’s interesting money has arrived for Warrantor this afternoon, best priced 6-4.

Win or lose today Warrantor is one to keep with going forward.
