Off to Lingfield today with Rhythm Star who runs in the 1:00.

We’re running Rhythm Star on the flat due to the ground being so wet and heavy at the moment. It’s pointless having a horse just standing in their box when fit and ready to run, so we might as well have a day out racing on the AW

I think we’ve found a decent race for Star to make her flat debut in, just the 6 runners and it doesn’t look a great race on paper. However we don’t know if Star will take to the task in hand or handle the surface but the outing won’t do her any harm and she did win two bumper races.

It will be nice to get out racing and see something a little different.
