The Cheltenham Festival selections made a nice profit on three of the four days, Fridays racing proved very difficult but finishing in front at this meeting is easier said than done so happy enough.

Ebony Express didn’t win the £100,000 bonus for his owners but we gave it a good go. The run just came too quick after the Imperial Cup victory and the petrol tanks were empty. We were getting quite excited on the turn for home as EE was in 4^th place moving great put when Will Kennedy asked him to go and win the race the extra gears just weren’t there this time around and he finished a tired horse.

Ebony Express had a season on the flat before we purchased him so he’s now gone on his holidays for three months and can enjoy some sun on his back & grass.

Ebony been outstanding for us and I’m sure he can give his owners plenty more big days out.

Whilst at Cheltenham we were interviewed live on channel 4 by Claire Balding, this just topped off what was an incredible week.
