Just a short update today as we’re off to Hexham with a runner. We were delighted with Cotton Club’s debut effort on Thursday. He ran a sound race finishing 3^rd behind two decent yardsticks. Cotton Club will improve plenty for that run and will give his owners loads of fun during the Summer months.

Included makes her seasonal debut this evening in the 5:40 at Hexham. This was the only suitable race we could see after the planned run at Warwick didn’t take place due to the heavy ground. It’s a bigger field with 15 runners than we would have liked but we must start somewhere.

I’ve not backed anything today, waiting for Royal Ascot next week.
