Conditions will be biblical this afternoon at Warwick and Market Rasen. Good swimmers, big hoofs and endless stamina will be required!

A watching brief for me, but I thought the below might be worth a throw away tenner.

At Warwick in the 1:50, just three horses take their chance in a bid to win part of the 24k prize. It takes a brave man to take on any Paul Nicholls runner at the moment with the yard in such good form. Next Destination is the obvious winner of the race.

Fiddlerontheroof is a smart horse however stamina is unproven, never ran beyond 2m5f under rules. The outsider of three, Golan Fortune looks the value at 5-1.

He ran a cracker last time out when finishing 4th in a Grade 1 at Kempton and stays strongly. Golan Fortune gets 5lb from Next Destination and isn’t that far behind on ratings. The Nicholls horse is the likely winner, but I can see Golan Fortune perhaps been the danger. Backing the outsider of three saying might hopefully bear fruit.

I'm looking forward to watching the 2:25 at Warwick. Two of our trainers, Tom Lacey & David Pipe run a couple of horses they both really like. Admiral has been crying out for the step up in trip whilst Make Me A Believer has the form in the book. It's a race that will take plenty of winning, hopefully one of the above will do so.
