Thirsk bound today with two runners. Boundless Power & Vocatus in the 1:35 & 2:10.

Boundless Power is having to run quickly after winning at Nottingham last week. He's going up 7lb which is harsh so we don't have much choice but to run again.

The race on paper is very different, it won't be as strongly run whilst Boundless Power carries a lofty weight. Paul Hanagan free to ride was the difference between running and staying at home.

Vocatus has his first run of the season. He's up against fit horses and was due to run in a lesser race at Chepstow, but that fixture was abandoned. It didn't quite happen for Vocatus last year but we've changed a few things around whilst it can take a season for ex Irish horses to settle in England for whatever reason.
