No full blog today as we have another stable visit, this time the owners of Included are watching their mare work at the yard of David Dennis.

Delighted with Trafalgar Rock effort at Carlisle, 2nd beaten just a length on seasonal debut was a very good effort. We were giving the winner 8lb and he was a race fit horse. Trafalagar Rock future is over a fence and he'll be going down that route very soon.

I'll be cheering on Mix & Mingle today in the 3:40 at Lingfield. She's very very good and proved when winning on seasonal debut a few weeks ago she was one of the most unlucky horses in training last year. Our syndicate trainer Chris Wall holds her in high regard and hopefully she can run a huge race today.

The ground has gone against her, now good to soft but I hope she gets away with it, Qemah will be hard to beat no doubt.
