Run of the mill stuff so far this week, however calm before the storm springs to mind with Royal Ascot just round the corner.

A horse that did us a good turn last time out runs again today, Speedy Boarding 3:25 Newbury “see post on the 21^st May”.

Speedy Boarding is held in very high regard and is apparently the best filly in the James Fanshawe yard. Today’s race is a big step up in class but SB was impressive last time out and holds an entry in the Irish Oaks.

Her price of 3-1 is short enough for a race of this nature but I wouldn’t be surprised if she went close.
