We were very pleased with Dino Mite yesterday who got the job done at Taunton and put in her most accomplished performance so far.

It was a performance that was hard to fault, Dino settled lovely and went the pace Michael Nolan asked her too, no energy was wasted pulling whilst she enjoyed the decent gallop on quick ground.

The most pleasing thing about her performance was her jumping, Dino was faultless and winged every hurdle jumping quick and low like a seasoned handicapper. Dino Mite is developing into a really nice mare and she’s not 4 until next week, her owners are very proud this morning and have a nice filly on their hands.

Yesterday’s sole tip at Aintree won too and topped off a lovely day, the 11-4 morning price on Silviniaco Conti was vastly over priced and I hope you took some of it.

I’ve not really had chance to go through today’s card but I was keen on Champagne Fever for the Champion Chase at Cheltenham, the horse was pulled out on the day so will be fresh for this, two miles four round Aintree should be ideal and the odds of 7-2 looks fine.

I’ve backed him to win but you could go EW for near money back if only placed.
