Nibras Gold ran another very solid race for his owners at Southwell on Thursday finishing second. Nibras jumped great over the fixed brush hurdles which should stand him in good stead for chasing next season.

Speaking of chasing, Guinness Affair will be doing that today at Stratford in the 3:40. We will be checking the ground though and getting jockeys feedback. If it's very quick, Guinness Affair will be withdrawn.

The race is a tough task on paper for Guinness and the hardest so far since jumping a fence. Both Impulsive One and Glory And Honour achieved higher ratings over hurdles, the weight we carry against those makes this a tough challenge.

That's one thing Guinness Affair is though and he'll give his all.
