Pleased to see Llyrical reward EW money last night, connections will have won a few quid on the place money but Llyrical can get his head in front in the coming weeks, keep with the horse.

It’s the first day of the Aintree Gran National meeting but were heading in the opposite direction and going south too sunny Taunton with Dino Mite.

Dino is taking on the boys today so it’s quite a big ask but she gets all the weight allowances. Our mare has improved with every run and is looking a really nice purchase now whilst she’s not 4 until next week and has good broodmare potential.

This will be her 3^rd race in fairly quick succession and we’ll likely give her a little break after today but we hope she has some petrol is left in the tank. If she repeats her previous effort that should see her thereabouts but she’ll have to likely improve again to beat the David Pipe trained Willem.

Plenty of her owners are making the journey so were looking forward to a lovely afternoon in the sun.

Over at Aintree if Silviniaco Conti runs to form he can win the Betfred Bowl at 2:50, the horse doesn’t seem to get on with Cheltenham but the flatter track should see back in a better light, 5-2 looks a fair price.
