Nikolayeva ran a super on her hurdles debut at Ffos Las on Wednesday, a solid second place in a race that turned into a sprint. Eva loved the deep heavy ground and seemed to enjoy herself. She can pick up a race or two over hurdles at some point.

We head to Newcastle this afternoon with Dibble Decker who also makes his hurdles debut. Dibble Decker finished sixth in a Listed bumper at Cheltenham on his first start for us and ran well.

The warm favourite is Crystal Glory, he's unbeaten, four from four, two P2P wins and two under rules. Crystal Glory looks a possible graded horse in the making. It's a tough ask for Dibble Decker but we do get a bit of weight. Grand Du Nord and Del La Mar Rocket will also be hoping to give the favourite some type of race.

No time to go through the racing in detail but, Blairgowrie 2:40 Wincanton on handicap debut and up in trip is perhaps on a workable mark. Priced around 4-1.
