It wasn’t to be for Shufoog last night at Nottingham, badly hampered when coming with her effort and losing all chance. She’ll be winning soon so make sure you keep with her, Shufoog is better than her rating.

The Oaks trial, 3:25 Lingfield is worth watching, this is a race where Ralph Beckett runs his top filly in, he's also won it three times before. Mountain Bell is his runner today. She won at Windsor last time out by ten lengths and looks smart, she’ll have to be though as Architecture is held in nice regard by the inform Hugo Palmer. Architecture wouldn’t be certain to stay the trip on breeding but has apparently done very well over the winter according to some of the yards stable previews.

At Thirsk this evening Aberlady is interesting in the 7:05, now she's dropped back to five furlongs. Aberlady showed good pace over further last season.
