We have two runners on the AW today. It's handy having horses that can run on the all weather at this time of the year to keep ticking over. January's ground is awful, we try and avoid it over jumps when possible.

Artistic Language used to be ex flat, he won't have any bother having a flat spin in the 12:45 at Southwell. Not a clue if he'll handle the surface, it was this or stay in his box at home, so we'll give it a go. The run will keep fitness levels up.

Salateen lines up in the 7:00 at Wolverhampton. Salateen will have no problem with the AW and makes his second start for his owners. Once a Group horse, he's not that level now but still works well. The drop back in trip will help, but it's a big ask off top weight. Salateen likely needs to come down a few more pounds.
