We’re off to Ludlow today with Audacious Plan who runs in the 2:05, Brian Hughes takes the ride.

Audacious Plan came out of his excellent win in the Durham National in good form. We had a fantastic day at Sedgefield, it was great to win another big race.

Today’s race is a qualifier for the Challenger Staying Chase Final, this takes place at Haydock in April. We hope this could be a nice race for Audacious Plan to run in. Horses must finish in the top 8 to qualify.

Ludlow is a sharp speed racecourse where horses stay on the turn for a while. The trip of 3m1f around such a racecourse might be a bit sharp for Audacious Plan, we hope he can handle it though.

Dueling Banjos was a good 2^nd on seasonal debut then ran in a warm race at Cheltenham finishing 8^th beaten seven lengths. Dueling Banjos held every chance jumping the last but maybe didn’t quite get up the hill. Ludlow will play to his strengths. Moss On The Mill runs well fresh. He’s won on seasonal debut for the past two years. One of those wins came at Ludlow over todays C&D. No doubt Moss On The Mill will be fit and ready for today.

Touch wood Audacious Plan acts at Ludlow, runs a nice race and qualifies for the Haydock feature.
