A well backed 6-1 winner last week was welcome, a few quid was added to the Cheltenham pot. I've had one bet today, 2:27 Newbury, Punctuation who looks thrown in off a rating of 106.

He won on the bridle last time out off a mark of 95, runs off 106 today and that should still be very workable considering he was an 89 rated flat horse. Using the rule of thumb add 45, Punctuation should be a near 130 horse on the level.

Punctuation does have to prove he can back his effort up but has been given time in between runs. Mark Of Gold is the danger but giving the selection 12lbs could be tough. Punctuation is priced at 2-1 and will take some beating.
