We’ve had no runners in the past week, our summer horses are going on their holidays or being prepared for one final run. The winter horses are all in training though and a few of them will be running later this month, Greyed A will likely be the first out.

Bishop Of Bling has settled in nicely, the horse is very friendly but raw, he doesn’t know why he’s been put on the planet yet but he’ll learn his job and has bags full of potential.

The heavy rain on Saturday resulted in Mix And Mingle having zero chance, she’s been so unlucky this year and only had her ground a couple of times. She stays in training though and with more luck next season Mix And Mingle will be a good thing to pick up some black type on proper summer ground.

I was really pleased Found won the Arc de Triomphe, she deserved to nail a big one after finishing 2^nd so many times. Trainer Aidan O’Brien trained the first 3 home, that’s an incredible achievement and surely will never be done again?
