We run Flash De Clerval at Market Rasen this afternoon in the 4:20.

Flash moves up in trip by four furlongs, on paper he’s bred to want this distance, but Flash can be a keen in his races. He’ll have to settle quickly today if he’s going to get home on what’s likely going to be sticky ground.

It’s a decent little race with Sermando likely to go well. If Flash settles “and that’s the main aim” we can hopefully take something from the race.
