We have our first runner of the year this afternoon at Bangor-on-Dee in the 2:50. Trigger Nichol takes his chance, Sam Twiston Davies take the ride.

Trigger Nichol is big strong horse that we can’t wait to get over a fence this time next year. Anything he does over hurdles would be a massive bonus. His pedigree is top class, relatives are high class chasers.

Hurdles will serve a purpose and teach Trigger Nichol about racing. We like this horse but not much will happen until he goes chasing. He’s one for the future.
