We have our first runner and likely only runner of the week this afternoon at Southwell. Settimo Milanese runs in the 3:25, Charlie Hammond rides once again.

Settimo Milanese won by 29 lengths on his second start for us. The win looked impressive but we’re not sure if the race fell to pieces or our horse caused it to. We’ll learn a lot more today especially with the likes of the smart, Vinnie Lewis in the race. Lively Article also looks like a fair recruit from the p2p field.

We don’t have many horses on the go now, all bar a couple of our summer horses are on holidays. The winter horses are in training but won’t be seen until November time.
