Derby Day at Epsom, as ever Aidan O’Brien looks to hold all the aces with 7 of the 13 runners. It would be nice if a smaller trainer could beat the big boys and land the race. I hope Telecaster goes well for Hughie Morrison. Stall 2 is tricky, but it would be good for the sport to see somebody different in the winner’s enclosure.

We have a runner at Worcester this afternoon, Settimo Milanese. The race is competitive as you would expect for a 0-140. Settimo will be going chasing after this run. It’s ladies day at Worcester, with the sun shining, the Pimms will be flowing.
