We head to Ffos Las today with two runners this afternoon.

Included makes her chasing debut in what looks the best novice chase of the summer months so far. Whilst, Velvet Revolution makes his hurdles debut. Sam Twiston Davies rides both horses.

It’s a big ask for Included but there aren’t many novice chase options at the moment. Today’s race wouldn’t look out of place in the winter months. Included runs off the same weight as per Litterale Ci, who is a 20lb better horse based on ratings. The race serves a purpose and we are just hoping for a nice introduction to fences.

We sponsor the 3:40 and the race Velvet Revolution runs in. Don’t read anything into that!

This fixture should have been at Worcester, but it was swapped as Worcester is under water. Ffos Las didn’t have any race sponsors and kindly asked if we would sponsor a race for a nominal amount. The offer was impossible to turn down and only arranged on Monday.

Velvet Revolution was a smart flat horse, today is his first-time jumping public. It’s impossible to say how horses will take to the job. Velvet will improve mentally for the run but if he jumps as per the videos posted on our twitter account, he will be ok.

The Nicky Henderson runner cost £155,000 and it’s Nico de Boinville only ride on the card. Based on his bumper form, mainly the 6^th at Newbury, Nonesuch could be a nice hurdler in the making.
