Sampers Seven will hopefully run today in the 4:20 at York. It’s a quality race with a nice pot on offer. Having a runner at the Ebor Festival is fantastic for Sampers Seven owners.

The weather has gone against us annoyingly and it’s not certain Sampers will run yet. If the rain forecast arrives, there’s a good chance we’ll pull Sampers Seven out as she needs a quick surface.

The ground at the moment is already good, good to soft and on the slow side for Sampers.

The race is a big step up in class but Sampers Seven was impressive over C&D last time out. We’ll see what the weather does between now and 4:20. Touch wood the rain comes later in the day.
