Flash De Clerval won nicely for his owners at Leicester on Wednesday by 23 lengths. Flash jumped and travelled nicely under Sam Twiston Davies. This was just his second start for us, he’s a nice horse and will make a smashing chaser.

More good racing today, the £130,000 Caspian Gold Cup at Cheltenham is the feature of the day.

At Cheltenham, I’ve had a few bets. Call Me Lord at odds of 5-2 in the 3:05. Race fitness I think could be key. Call Me Lord has only raced right-handed before so that’s something to note. I’m hoping his class get’s him through.

Dame De Compagnie should relish the step up in trip and looks well handicapped. She runs in the Mares’ race at 3:40.

Warthog will ensure the Caspian Gold Cup will be ran at a proper gallop. If getting a soft lead, he'll keep going and make them all go. Warthog could reward an EW bet at 14-1. Secret Investor would be my other pick EW at 10-1.
