We have two runners in the next 24 hours, Broughtons Admiral is the first of these in the 3:20 at Market Rasen this afternoon. Tomorrow, we have Leoncavallo in prestigious Swinton Hurdle.

Broughtons Admiral ran a career best race for us at Cheltenham last month, he was an excellent 2nd behind the smart Tobefair who was just beaten at the Festival this year.

This is a trappy race, the likes of Gowiththeflow & Tapaculo were both very smart novices, Gowiththeflow beat Paisley Park and ran against the likes of Samcro. Becky The Thatcher & Talent To Amuse are both in good form.

Today’s race is Broughtons Admiral’s eighth start of the season, he’ll be going on his holidays shortly. Hopefully BA can run one more big race for his owners in what’s been another very good season with the horse.

It’s a busy couple of days and hopefully we’ll have two nice runs.

The racing at Chester has spoiled somewhat by the rain, we’ve still seen some smart efforts, but conditions will be different at the likes of Epsom.

I hope you kept with the horse Destination who I gave a good word for on the 27th April. Trained by William Haggas, Destination ran green on debut, but I said keep with him win or lose as he’s smart. Destination ran again on Tuesday and won nicely at odds of 5-2.

The Saeed bin Suroor runners have been needing a run on debuts, another horse for the notebook is Final Song, she runs in the 2:00 at Ascot. Final Song is the best 2yo filly in the yard. Priced at 13-2. She will likely improve for todays outing but is one to keep onside and perhaps worth a ew bet today.
